Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Experienced with Civic platform Biz Server, Citizen Access Server, Mobile Office, Data Manager, WebCFMX servers, Crystal reports and MS SSRS Minimum of five years of experience using JavaScript (server and client side) with various JavaScript debugging tools, Typscript, HTML, CSS, SCSS and JQuery. Knowledge of the Accela database schema Experience working in JAVA 1.8 & higher, messaging systems, JBoss/Wildfly, Tomcat and web applications using J2EE Experience working in systems integration and building SOAP/REST Web Services, XML and JSON. Strong background in XML, XSD and XSL Strong background in workflow based application systems. Solid understanding of SQL , DB design, query building, and report building Solid understanding of configuration management concepts and tools, preferably SVN or TFS Excellent in Unit testing, troubleshooting, problem solving skills Good knowledge on GIS-based applications using ESRI APIs and Dojo technology. Application configuration including forms design, business rules management, and users management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Previous engagement in government e-service projects Accela ACA certification. Minimum of five years of experience.
