We are now looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our IMEA Team!
The Opportunity:
This is a new role within IMEA FP&A team to support all aspects of project lifecycle activities from pipeline management to analysing project economics. The successful candidate should have a strong analytical background and able to communicate effectively with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project lifecycle activities
Supporting project lifecycle activities using Financial Force (PSA – Professional Services Automation). Reviewing client contracts, staffing input, project pricing & fee structure, validating impact on revenue recognition and backlog management.
Collaborating with key stakeholders across the region to facilitate project setup. Liaising with talent management, EAs, and the wider business on all aspects of the project life cycle (opportunity to cash collections).
Coordinating with the controllership team on all finance operations matters including unbilled (WIP), accounts receivable and highlighting potential risks to management on a timely basis
2. Timesheet and contract compliance
Facilitating strong governance in relation to timesheet management. Working closely with talent management and HC ops to reach desired compliance targets
Reviewing and following up on missing client contracts in collaboration with Legal and EAs
3. Financial Planning and Analytics
Assisting FP&A lead with preparing weekly & monthly reporting, KPI’s and analysis for Region and practice heads, primarily focused on Region/Market revenues, backlog, pipeline & sales traction, project profitability and utilization
Analysing performance against budget & prior year at various intersections including market, industry, capabilities, and overall regional level.
Supporting FP&A lead with tracking of investments and related reporting to management
Expense management analysis in coordination with infrastructure department heads
Assist with periodic forecasting based on sold backlog and pipeline
4. Involvement in Ad-hoc tasks and special projects across the region
Support FP&A lead with coordination relating to local content (localization) across the region
Special projects and ad hoc activities/analysis as needed including support with new entity setups and integration
Your Skills and Attributes Will Be:
Minimum 4 to 5 years prior FP&A/business analyst experience is essential for this role
Proactive, highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, operates well independently and within a team
Able to clearly articulate and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization
Your Technical Skills Will Be:
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced level)
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
