What you will be doing:Responsible to preparing and presenting various monthly reports about food handlers and area checks Monitors the restaurant and kitchen control systems to ensure quality standards are maintained Daily checks on HACCP standards Daily checks on local legislations standards Ensures all COVID19 standards are implements Ensures all kitchen & F&B staff are having valid food handlers Your experience and skills include: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Biotechnology or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in similar role in Hotels or stand alone reputable outlets Good command of English Language Knowledge of HACCP and COVID SOPs. .
