We’re looking to hire anHR Administratorfor our Lebanese Restaurant–Kaaki W NosinAl Ain, UAE.

Job Objective
The Administrator provides clerical and administrative support, either as a team or individually. This position is responsible for handling all Admin & HR related administrative and transactional tasks for the business unit.
Job Responsibilities
Performing Administrative and Operations Support functions
Assist in arranging Interviews.
Preparations of Employment Offer
Liaising with the PRO in applying, renewing, and cancelling visas and labour contracts
Manage employee on boarding process.
Provide orientations for new employees by and explaining company policies
Manage separation clearance process.
Maintaining filing system of company documents
Maintain general administration files.
Maintain and update employee personnel files and employment records (soft and hard copies).
Enrol new hires for insurance, keep track of group insurance, assists employee with insurance claims.
Provide support to schedule probationary and year end reviews.
Maintain leave record for the staff and verify leave application forms prior to HRBP sign off.
Manage human resources activities, such as employment, compensation change, employee relations, benefits, training and employment services.
Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Assist in monthly payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, advances and leaves
Process employees’ requests such as salary certificate, etc and provide relevant information to the employees with regards to HR Policies
Booking of Air tickets.
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Required
Experience – At least 2-5 years’ experience in HR Administration.
Education – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent communication skills
