Brief General Job Description:
Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.

Candidate should meet the below requirements:

-1 to 2 years experience in same position in hotel industry

-must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks

-has excellent communication skills

-has excellent knowledge in computer

-willing to work in Fujairah

-must be in UAE and can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

HR trainer: 1 year (Preferred)
