• Provide guidance to allstaff and managers on the interpretation andapplication of HRpolicies and procedures within HR and across Qatar Airways Group .
• Keeps abreast of legislative changes,witha view to assess potential impact on HR policies, andprovidestimely updates on existing polices.
• Createanddevelop standard forms and templates for the consistentandcomprehensive capture and storage of policies information neededtomeet the business requirement.
• Projectmanages theimplementation and review of HR policies.
• Communicatewith relevant stakeholders to solve issues,exchange ideas and gettheir buy-in
• Contribute todesigning new policies based on the best practice andaccording tothe existing framework or guidelines.
• Ensure the on-lineavailability of the HR Policies onthe Policy Centre Database i.e.through Qatar Airways
Intranet.
