Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Executes the recruitment and selection process for all employment levels starting with screening to extending the final job offer as per set requirements align with HRM.
Managing tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes attendance, circulars, salaries, vacations, performance appraisal, incentives, awards, warning letters… etc.
Develop training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes.
Resolves employee issues by investigating complaints and concerns; evaluating and offering possible courses of action; providing advice, guidance and direction.
Ensures compliance with the Saudi Arabian Labor Law and all Government requirements relating to employees’ legal status in Saudi Arabia.
