About The Role

We are presently seeking an energetic and experienced HR Manager, who can lead the HR in the country and balance being a strategic partner, adviser, employee champion, and hands-on implementer of all local day-to-day HR activities. Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization and in collaboration with the global HQ HR team, the individual will be truly generalist covering all facets of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management, and HR Administration. This position reports directly to the International HR Director.

The HR Manager is crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and aligning the local leadership team in the local deployment of the company People Strategy.

Responsibilities

Effectively monitor and manage Personnel costs and local organizational design

Recruit, select, and onboard Technogym talent

Partner with local leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high-value people plans

Provide sound advice and coaching on all HR topics

Develop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development, and succession planning

Ensure policies and procedures are always maintained and well executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all ER-related matters

Provide market labor trends and conduct benchmarking analysis to ensure alignment on salaries and market conditions

Maintain the accuracy of HR data and manage HR metrics to drive business results

Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best-in-class HR business partner support to local leadership

Requirements

8+ years’ HR experience as Senior HR BP and/or generalist HR Manager

Previous experience as Center of Excellence Expert in talent acquisition, talent management, C&B, Learning and Development

Excellent knowledge of local labour law and regulations

Experience within a matrix organization and multinational environments

Ability to work with minimum supervision, in an autonomous and independent way

Experience in working with HR ERP systems, SAP/Success Factors knowledge is nice to have

Strong facilitation and negotiation skills; able to listen to and persuade others based on sound logic

Business Acumen and an ability to understand a P&L
