Role Objective

To coordinate closely with operational stakeholders to understand their needs and take proactive actions to support them from human resources side. The role is mainly focusing on operational HR as well as human capital planning aspects in close cooperation with recruitment. Ensuring that payroll is timely and accurately executed.

Partners with key stakeholders during the tendering and award stage to gain better understanding of the projects needs histograms project organization structure and mobilization in order to plan well ahead and to assign tasks to the HR teams on site.

Liaises with the recruiting team to meet the manpower needs and to ensure that end users are adhering to the policy and procedure in the UAE except for defined job grades and nationalities.

Maintains staffing sheets of all running projects in the UAE updates in coordination with the operation managers to increase future visibility of resources.

Oversees the administration function and ensures that all legal requirements are met and applications are timely submitted.

Heads the employee engagement activity calendar and monitors that all approved activities are well planned and executed.

Manages monthly meetings with the Labor force committee at labor camps.

Oversees all employee relation services and activities drives a customer oriented service culture to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Manages the execution of the performance evaluation process asper company policy and procedure.

Oversees and approves the preparation and finalization of the departments annualbudgets covering the full range of activities and services ofthe department and ensures adherence to the approved budget limits.

Acts as the link between employees and management for sensitive issues andgrievances.

Monitors the activities of the Public Relations Officers PRO and Government

Relations Officers GRO.

Enhances documentation processes and ensures all necessary information is at any time accurate and complete available can be extracted from an automated system and provides access to authorized managers.

As a part of the human resources planning process maintains and controls the companys staff leave plan.

Administers the companys HR policies and ensures proper communication andimplementation.

Reviews and proposes enhancements related to HR relevant policies and procedures and works continuously on their improvement.

Trains and develops team members in the department provides advice and supports them operational in daytoday activities when needed.

Regular meets department heads and visits sites to understand the needs and offers solutions to support them.

Ensures that appropriate reporting mechanisms are in place to provide concerned stakeholders with meaningful accurate and actual data.

Manages the Administration team and all related activities to Admin.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
