QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
To eï¬€ectively manage, handle, supervise & develop the HR & Admin team
Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Blue & White Collar, including Senior Management.
Developed Skill Set, Including mapping of current employees, and New Hires.
Setting KPI’s in parallel of newly set Skill sets and business needs.
Establishing the maintenance department from scratch and managing the department.
Advisory role for senior Management on policies, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment relations.
HR SYSTEM Implementation, designing and developing various Employee Self Service modules on the HR system that reduced errors, slow processing/ delivery time and enabled delegation of tasks.
Handle performance management, appraisals, increments and promotion of all staff (yearly, mid-year, and probation).
Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels – emails, IOMs, notice boards, circulation of in-house magazine, common drive.
Maintain, develop and ï¬ne-tune HR policies, manuals, procedures and forms
Provide counsel and assistance for resolving any staff grievances, conï¬‚icts and animosity
Administer all employee compensation and beneï¬t programs.
Manage and oversee the central HR Administration
Ensure onboarding and the offboarding process is in line with the company policy.
Annual Leave – approvals, replacement, leave salary, airfare/ticketing.
Handle Attendance and payroll management.
Managed insurance policies, from the quote, procuring, claims, TOB, loss ratios, etc
Handle/approve various sundry consumables for office i.e. stationery, furniture, uniforms.
Administration and timely process of company leases and licences and renewals
Manage PRO department and relation with all governmental entities.

10+ years of experience in HR Division.
Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
Experience in any sport entity
A keen eye for detail
Time management and multitasking abilities
Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
BSc/BA in Design or a related field
