AGRI Ventures FZE is a Agrochemical Company in Dubai is on the hunt for experienced HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
Nationality: Philippine (female)
Job Responsibilities:
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Executive (essential).
Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to accurately follow instructions.

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
