*HR Assistant cum Receptionist (Female)
We are looking for a Female Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of HR, administrative and clerical tasks.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive ce
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
HR Role :
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Communicate with public services when necessary
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Screening Profiles from various available approved sources & scheduling interviews with department heads & HR Head.
Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
*HR Assistant (Male) – UAE valid Driving license required
HR Assistant is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the labor process.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Assisting in the whole on-boarding process and performing PRO activities to ensure all visas are processed on time.
Responsible to respond on employees’ queries regarding company policy, employee pay, leave balances & work related any other issues.
Handling end to end employee life cycle and documentation required e of life cycle.
Monitoring daily attendance and tardiness of the employees.
Fully familiar with UAE labor laws.
Hands of experience of overall visa process.
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an HR Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Quick learning ability
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Bachelor degree in Human resources or related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience in UAE in the same field.
