Job responsibilities cover a wide range of areas. In human resources, you will be involved in employee recruitment, training and development, the provision of compensation and benefits, the enforcement of disciplinary procedures, Human resources management, Administration, Communication, Employment law and conflict resolution, while ensuring that the company continues to meet its business and organizational objectives.

Requirements:

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with similar work experience required

5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles

3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations

3+ years of experience in a similar role

PHR/SPHR certification preferred


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Telephone and listening skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

The ability to work well under pressure.

A trustworthy nature as you may be handling sensitive information.

Microsoft Office skills.

Extremely well-organized with terrific time management skills.

The ability to multitask effectively.
