As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you willsupport the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep andcleanliness of the entire hotel. Specifically, a Housekeeping Floor
Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the higheststandards: Allocate work duties toTeam Members Perform routine inspections ofall check out rooms and spot checks of all occupiedrooms Report and follow up on any maintenancedefects or other issues Inspect, routinely,service areas, store rooms and corridors
Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any otherprojects Manage and train Room Attendants andother Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standardsrequired Manage, efficiently, stock controland the maintenance of equipment Provideexcellent Guest service, including VIP and other specialrequirements Ensure the adherence to hotelbrand standards s What are we lookingfor?
