An experienced Housekeeper is required for a formal residence located in Dubai. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the residence.
Candidate Profile:
The candidate will need to be experienced and well-rounded housekeeping professional who enjoys keeping a clean and organized home. You have a strong understanding of household hygiene and cleaning best practices. You have a ‘do what it takes attitude’ and have a calm and collected approach when things don’t go as planned. You are comfortable working on your own the majority of the time.
Primary Responsibilities:
Daily housekeeping to include dusting, vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, washing floors
Meal preparation, basic table setting and cooking as required
Care of fine furnishings, fixtures, fabrics, finishes, and surfaces
Daily laundry, ironing and steaming
Special projects include, but not limited to, quarterly deep cleans, household cupboard and closet cleaning and reorganization
Other duties as required from time to time
Applicant Qualities:
Must have previous experience working in a formal residence
Excellent housekeeping, laundry and ironing skills; correct use of products and methods for fine finishes and surfaces
Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
Must maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times, exercise diplomacy, discretion and respect of boundaries
Applicants must be service oriented with excellent English communication skills.
This position is full-time, live-in with a flexible work schedule. Negotiable salary based on experience. (HU3961)
