Representing Nexus to HNW Clients, we are looking for a professional and experienced HNW Relationship Manager to join our Private Clients team. Experienced in dealing with HNW individuals and their insurance requirements with experience in various types of General Insurance.
Based in our Dubai Office, you will engage with HNW clients and provide insurance solutions and support to our financial advisers by utilising your excellent and in-depth knowledge of the products and adhere to internal /external policies and procedures.
Build a HNW Portfolio through your existing clients and connections
Handle and resolve queries raised by financial advisers and HNW Clients
Provide HNW Clients with insurance solutions that fit their needs (from quotation to policy implementation)
Service a portfolio HNW Clients (policy renewal, claims, endorsement, premium payment collection…)
Interact on a regular basis with our insurance partners and our HNW Clients to ensure best service
Maintain HNW Client and policy data securely and within our internal system
Demonstrate a “can do” mindset and a professional attitude is mandatory
What we are looking for:
Professional Relationship Manager well-presented and articulate
Prior experience in a HNW servicing role in the insurance industry (General Insurance Lines) with underwriting, policy implementation & claim management.
Ideally 5 to 8 years’ experience
Familiar with insurance providers operating within the local market, their products, and processes, especially high net value assets, property & motor insurance
Able to work as part of a team
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Be able to multi-task and prioritise workload
Fluent in English, and any other languages is an asset
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
CII is a plus
