Position:  High-End Merchandiser (temporary)


Reporting to the High End (HE) Executive, the temporary HE Merchandiser is responsible for all High-End (HE) boutique requests and UAE logistic flows; from optimizing processes & delivery times to implementing new merchandising strategy and coordinating local High-End events stock.

He/She will also support the UAE teams with detailed sales report & business analysis.


Coordinate the product marketing strategy & stock allocations

Define & validate the assortments with HE executive and retail management upon international suggestions

Monthly mapping to increase stock awareness across the market

Constant follow up on the stock levels with HE executive to achieve stock level & work closely with boutiques and Area Sales Manager for implementation

Optimize logistic flows with local logistic platform, central teams and CJB platform

Organize the rotation of stock according to the validated prestige network, pre-agreed calendar animations & sales performances

Main contact of the supply chain team in charge of the stock movements in the system

Implement and follow-up launches of High End novelties

Regular follow-up on HE stocks to ensure highest level of sellable stock at all time

Hand in hand with the HE Executive, share feedback with the central teams on products assortments, novelties, price positioning

Collaborate to the organization of HE events

Coordinate the stock movements (hand carries, shipment, local transfers, etc.) and stock needs from HQ during events

Work closely with Visual Merchandising to optimize the visibility of creations

Manage product requests to optimize private viewings

Answer, challenge and follow-up on all HE products requests with sales teams and central teams through the adequate platform

Ensure the delivery of certificates and products boxes together with the pieces by liaising with the EMEA region

Follow-up on High End after sales with local, central and regional teams

Manage reports & analysis

Create monthly reports on stock levels & sales versus target (all markets, networks & boutiques)

Punctual analysis on HE sales / stock

Identify business opportunities and develop action plans related to stock

Share with the sales staff

Identify in collaboration with the HE Executive the necessary tools related to products to develop/share: catalogs, mappings (with marketing), booklets, product news…



Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputed Business school

Required experience

Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Technical skills / abilities

Fluent in English. Arabic & French are a ‘plus’.

Advanced excel skills
