Trains,supervises, counsels, and participates in the evaluation ofRestaurant staff employees for the efficient operation in theRestaurant. Directs staff in their work assignments.
Responsible for ensuring that Restaurant complies withsanitation and safety standards for Guests and employees.
Responsible for ensuring that all equipment is in working ects and takes corrective action to ensure thatfacilities in restaurant look appealing and attractive to guests.
Provides guidance for improvement and implements Necessaryadjustments. Oversees work orders to ensure repairs and maintenanceof facility are completed on a timely basis.
Manages and monitors product quality and guestsatisfaction in the Restaurant. Responsible for ensuring that foodquality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guestspecifications. Moves throughout facility and kitchen areas tovisually monitor and take corrective action to ensure food qualityand service standards are met. Verifies temperatures, judgeappearance and taste of products, and checks preparation methods todetermine quality. Provides guidance for improvement and implementsnecessary adjustments.
Interacts with guests to obtain feedback onquality of service and food in outlet. Investigates and resolvesguest complaints in a timely manner. Documentsinventory forecast usage and monitors supply so that the Restaurantis stocked with linen, glassware, silverware, china, condiments andother items necessary to provide appropriate customer service.
Oversees set up of dining and service areas.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all policies andprocedures that relate to the restaurant as well as all local,state and federal laws and regulations.
