The Role: The role You will ensure national volume & profit targets are met. Create and manage budgets, recruit and manage staff, control costs, maximize income, manage, introduce and implement systems and procedures. Provide hands-on coaching guidance to increase company profitability.
Must-Haves: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or relevant field. 8+ years of experience with atleast 2 years of experience in managerial role. We are looking for inspiring & self-motivated individuals with previous experience of developing and managing sales network in an emerging market.
