Responsibilities:

develop and drive the sales strategy;
deliver growth of direct and indirect sales through day to day;
management of the distributors, key accounts and own sales team;
build long-term customer and distributor relationships;
deliver profitability targets;
closely collaborate with the remote management and marketing teams to ensure that commercial plans and strategy are constantly updated to include new and evolving opportunities;
collect, analyze and interpret insights to develop and implement marketing activities across different online and offline sales channels;

Required experience:

5+ work experience in the UK as a Key Account Manager / Business / Development Manager / Head of Sales.
Solid experience as a sales leader from the FMCG sector in the UK, good knowledge of the retail environment, key accounts and online sales;
Proven track record of managing core business and winning new business;
Knowledge of vaping industry is an advantage;

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED18,296.00 – AED20,673.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
