One of the most innovative retails in the GCC has now planned a new concept based around lifestyle and fitness. They are a well known leader in this space and the new concept will be the first in the region. Plans are to grow this across the GCC after the success of Dubai. The role will then broaden to look after the whole of the clients retail brands.
The role will be to cover the following
Create and develop and implement a unique wellness and lifestyle retail concept
Develop a holistic fitness retail offering under one stop shop.
To develop and offer a world-class customer experience that goes beyond the normal offering
Manage the day-to-day operations of the concept.
To fully control and drive P&L
Build a World Class team from across the region
Put in place a long term strategic plan for developing the brand beyond the UAE
The Person
You will have over 15 years retail experience preferably in the lifestyle/Fitness/Sports side but more importantly you can show you have developed a concept from scratch and built it to a successful launch. We need people you are used to creating unique ideas that go beyond the normal retail offering. Proven management , especially a senior management team is essential
