Summary

The Head of MarComms is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing Marketing, Public Relations, and Communication strategies for Finance House Group. She/he will direct and measure the impact of the Marketing, Public Relations and Communication strategies implemented internally and externally.

She/he is in charge of all facets of a company’s brand and product; including Marketing, Public Relations and Communications.

Major Responsibilities

Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive Marketing, Communications and Public Relations strategy that will enhance Finance House Group’s image and position within the market place and general public, and facilitate internal and external communications and all Finance House Group Marketing, Communications and Public Relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition, and so forth.

Ensure articulation of Finance House Group’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout Finance House Group; both internal and external.

Be responsible for editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all Finance House Group’s publications.

Coordinate media interest in Finance House Group and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.

Act as Finance House Group’s representative with the media.

Coordinate the appearance of Finance House Group’s print and electronic materials such as use of logos, brochures, websites, social media, digital media, etc.

Develop, coordinate, and oversee programs, plans, technical assistance, strategies, and resource materials to assist business units in Marketing & Communications, in addition to the positioning of their campaigns.

Provide counsel to Finance House Group staff members on Marketing, Communications and Public Relations.

Ensure that Finance House Group regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends.

Lead projects as assigned such as events, branding, and product related campaigns.

Direct audience/consumer research, competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the market that can be exploited and worked on.

Strategize and collaborate with the Sales and Product Management teams to develop compact go-to-market strategies for existing products and services while coming up with new marketing ideas based on research.

Collaborate with the Business team and find the feasibility of the products and services to maintain smooth communication both externally and internally.

Nurture leads and engage customers by directing the development and execution of a sound Digital Marketing strategy based on market and consumer research.

Develop the required changes in the Digital Marketing strategy based on timely data given by analytical tools.

Expand partnership with external parties/platforms to increase the company’s brand reach and strength.

Track the performance of Marketing strategies implemented and come up with timely modifications to nurture more leads online.

Plan and spearhead Marketing events and other campaigns to strengthen Public Relations and our company’s presence where it matters the most.

Collaborate with content teams and distributing partners to ensure an integrated Marketing strategy that works smoothly on all its levels.
