goose&chase are proud to be partnering with a leading Financial Services institution based in Dubai for the search for a talented who will be responsible for leading and supporting the organisations digital transformation through developing and refreshing their infrastructure platform.
To be a great match for this role, you should demonstrate the following skills:
Proven experience and track-record in successfully delivering infrastructure projects specifically: , and .
Operates in a confident, concise manner with the ability to clearly communicate and engage with different stakeholders across multiple business lines.
Proactive and persistent with excellent stakeholder management skills and is passionate about learning new domains.
Naturally curious with a structured, clear approach to communicating technical details to those who are less technical.
Professional, relevant qualifications in IT and Computer Science.
Recent, direct experience working in a high-availability environment.

On top of the above you can expect:
Salary targeted approx 47,000 – 50,000 AED per month (depending on level of experience)
Permanent employment sponsorship directly by the employer
Visa for self and family
Medical insurance including dental for self and family
Education allowance is not included
Generous Annual Performance Bonus (approx one / two months salary per year)
Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days working from home)
Relocation assistance if based outside of UAE.
Key points to note:
Banking or Financial Services experience is mandatory (this does not include vendor or consulting experience in BFSI).
You would be required to work and be based Dubai, working from another country is not available at this time.
The role is a direct hire by the company; i.e. not outsourced or sponsored by a vendor partner to the company etc.
The role is an FTE, permanent role not a contractor role.
This role is open to applications from professionals outside UAE.
