Job Purpose:
To manage the implementation of technology projects and changes, provide subject matter expertise of various complexity based on an in-depth understanding of the systems, processes and functional business requirements and help design and develop technical solutions while supporting business with the management and maintenance of business systems.
Responsibilities:
Meeting with Client, Stakeholders (Internal and External) for understanding the project requirement and enabled preparation of documents like Project Plan, Project Scope, Goals and deliverables.
Make sure that Project being executed is carried out according to required standards and complied with project requirement.
Oversee the activities of the different project teams that are meant to work towards achieving a common purpose.
Monitor and evaluate the performances of project and proper action taken in case of any deviation and delays to ensure that deliverables are align with project timeline.
Execute the projects assigned within the timeframe and budget, ensuring that those projects are fully compliant with project Specification and requirement.
Manage all aspects of projects during initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing in accordance with project requirement.
Primary Interface between the different stakeholders involved in the project like Project Team, Integration Team, Consultants, solution providers and Vendors.
Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
Estimating the resources and participants needed for the project and facilitated user training session in order to achieve project goals.
Participate in all project related Schedule Meetings and Tracked project Deliverables using project Management tools and techniques.
Develop communication strategies, lead communication with Key stakeholder
Perform Risk identification and proactively managed changes in the project scope in identifying the potential risk.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master degree in a relevant major such as Computer Science or Information Systems.
PMP Certified with Cyber and IT Certification preferred.
20+ years of experience in Information security engineering, design and implementation. Good understanding of network defense technologies, TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, network security monitoring tools, secure engineering principles and related domains.
Stron Experience in IT Infrastructure architecture and design
Should have strong knowledge in modern IT Infrastructure tools and technologies.
Should have experience in managing the IT Infrastructure for a large group of companies is a MUST
Experience influencing others without having direct management authority and motivating them to successfully complete tasks within required timelines.
Risk analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships with partners
