Your impact on the business:This new opportunity will support the growing priorities of our international sales teams, including supporting the project management implementation for large, complex deals. Reporting into our Senior Director of International Sales, our new Head of Implementation and Sales Operations will build a sales operations programme that drives consistency across sales planning and analyse for our international business.

What you will be doing:

Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you will build and execute an implementation project management framework that is used as a template for large, complex deals across our international business.

Managing our digital partner programme. Working with the regional sales leaders to ensure our partners have the required sales enablement tools and resources so they can deliver on their targets.

Setting a clear and focused sales planning framework where regional sales teams are analysing data, forecasting is completed and accurate, and sales reporting is consistent.

Partnering with our sales teams at the proposal stage of the sales cycle to create a thorough courseware solution and commercial offering for our large and complex deals.

Analysing sales data, running competitor analysis, reporting on market trends, and analysis on key customers to aid future implementation processes.

Leading, mentoring, and building an implementation and sales operations team.

You should apply if:

You are a seasoned sales and/or account management professional that can demonstrate experience of managing large and complex deals.

You have solid project management experience – delivering in multi-vendor environments, managing timelines, differing stakeholder deliverables, and managing conflicting priorities.

You have an understanding of the education sector. However, this is not a must but would be advantageous.

You are analytical minded, enjoy working with data, and can translate data into meaningful insights and actions.

You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can communicate confidently at all levels.
