An exciting opportunity is available at Sharjah English School for a highly skilled Early Years teacher and leader for August 2023.
Sharjah English School is a small, not for profit community school in the heart of the United Arab Emirates.

The Foundation Department at SES is an accredited ‘Curiosty Approach’ setting.
We are seeking a dynamic and ‘in the moment’ experienced Head of Department to further enhance our outstanding Early Years learning environment. The successful candidate will:
be a strong classroom presence with the ability to model excellence in Early Years teaching and learning
be able to successfully review progress, establishing goals and targets to enhance pupil opportunity
demonstrate a strong understanding of improvement planning which supports staff and pupil learning
be organised, positive and solution focused
demonstrate high level interpersonal skills
Essential requirements:
A certified UK teaching qualification, at degree level such as B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE and Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent)
At least three years of full-time classroom teaching experience.
Desirable:
An educational leadership qualification such as NPQML/ LT/ SL
