A premium and growing healthcare clinic is looking to hire a highly motivated and analytical Head of Finance to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This role will be responsible to establish the finance function, policies, procedures and strategies along with leading the financial planning, reporting, budgeting and accounting for the business.
Responsibilities:
Setting up policies, processes and strategies and spearheading the finance and accounting function
Developing organizational strategies and direction through financial information, analysis and recommendations
Formulating a financial reporting mechanism and set internal reporting deadlines
Develop and maintain the revenue cycle managements, budgets and targets
Support in ERP implementation
Oversee the VAT filling and audits for the business
Be the brand ambassador for the business and promoting the culture, principles and values engrained in the business
Liaise with multiple stakeholders including government entities and insurance companies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
Qualified Chartered Accountant CA, ACCA, CPA or Masters from a top Business School
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Head of Finance role in a Healthcare business or Clinic
Must have Healthcare or Clinic related Finance Experience. Hospitality industry experience is a plus
Experience working in a multinational organization and/or international working experience
Experience of working on Oracle Financial platform
Excellent communication and organizational skills; problem-solving and negotiation skills, and people management skills
