About The RoleThe Head of Business Development UAE & KSA is responsible for leading and developing our commercial growth in KSA/UAE. You will be joining a dynamic and fast-growing team with the responsibility to develop, lead and manage all commercial sales activity and client engagement in KSA/UAE to deliver an accelerated, growth-focused, and scalable profitable business in your market.

You will be reporting to the Head of International Sales and work closely with our technical, delivery and consulting teams. You will be based in Riyadh and operate within KSA/UAE and be expected to travel within KSA/UAE and to the wider Middle East and Europe as required. We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated professional with strong business acumen and industry experience.

Some of the responsibilities

Accountable for developing and implementing the commercial sales strategy and targets for your market aligned to corporate strategy.

Accountable for developing relationships and collaborations in your market to identify business opportunities early, to realise commercial value and ensure revenue and profit targets.

Accountable for full end-to-end business cycle from business creation, development, closing and pipeline management in your market.

Accountable for growing profitable revenue volume and margins against an ambitious multi-year plan.

Responsible for creating and maintaining strategic business relationships with existing customers, industry partners and potential customers to grow our profile and network to develop commercial opportunities.

Responsible for defining and communicating market requirements to influence product development, pricing and licensing to satisfy customer needs.

Key member of international team actively contributing to strategy development, business planning, budget cycle and investment decisions.

Operate successfully at the highest levels in business and government (C-suite).

Represent the company in negotiations with customers, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective contract terms and commercial outcomes.

Represent the company externally at local industry events.
