Main Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in new markets and jurisdictions.
Prepare business plans for any business expansion.
Evaluate brand challenges and identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement.
Drive the Marketplaces development to complete the e-commerce strategy within the Market.
Strengthened the brand identity.
Provide leadership and guidance to the different departments and members working in this luxury brand.
Manage direct reports to ensure team is motivated and performs at optimal level.
Closely oversee and manage the teams of the operations, marketing, buying and merchandising team.
Requirements of this role:
Minimum of 5 years + of senior-level sales management experience within luxury.
Luxury Fashion experience is a must.
Beauty experience is a big plus
Highly motivated, energetic individual with superior selling and merchandising skills
Strong leadership skills, team player
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
