The Job:

We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager to join our Skydive Dubai team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience, including identifying pain points, improving processes, and enhancing customer service.

Conduct research to understand customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development.

Manage the customer service team, including training and coaching employees to ensure they provide excellent customer service.

Develop and implement metrics to measure customer satisfaction.

Analyse customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant qualification

Certification in customer experience or customer service, preferable

Minimum 3 years in a Guest Experience Management role or similar while working in UAE

Proven track record of successfully implementing customer experience initiatives and improving customer satisfaction

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
