Job Description
The Al Jassim Group is seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our Real Estate & Hospitality team as Group Real Estate Manager.
He will provide overall leadership to Real Estate Division with the application of best practices in all functional areas while aggressively developing an asset portfolio with new feasible projects and managing the business in a profitable manner backed by strong controls through systems, policies and management reports.

Skills
Key Objectives
Solid experience in managing real estate business, products & services, facility & asset management, leasing and strong document control in Real Estate & Hospitality industry.
Experience:
– 10+ years of experience in a senior level in the Real Estate & Hospitality industry with strong exposure to Leasing / Facility Management & new project development activities. He should have vast experience in managing real estate business, products & services, facility with strong leadership and convincing, negotiating and presentation skills.
– Solid experience in Identification, surveying, appraising and acquiring of new suitable sites for development of properties.
– Strong experience in new project studies, budgets and investment feasibilities.
– Analysis of market conditions and preparation of leasing strategies and implementation of best practices in documentations/ contracts / procedures relating to leasing.
– Understanding the property management requirements relating to facilities and implement best practices & procedures for Facility Management.
– Effective and professional communication skills in Arabic can be a plus.
