The candidate will be responsible to translate learnings into actionable recommendations that drive business growth. This role will cover Analytics, Quantitative and Qualitative research that feed into the development of deep human insights to support, strategy, strategic plans, Integrated Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Media Optimization, Brand Equity, Brand positioning, Pricing & Distribution strategy Key Responsibilities: Keeps a repository of macro trends and leads the understanding of consumer, market and competitive landscape to diagnose business performance and address focused business issues. Leads and appies understanding of brand/marketing fundamentals to assess brand health and assist in marketing plan and category/brand strategies development. Should use broader range of research tools/resources/processes to assess business issues; Independently and proactively identifies the key business issues/questions and develops the most appropriate research design and analytic plan to address business/ research needs. Should be able to evaluate and incorporate new/emerging research tools that provide increased consumer insight and business growth Grounds business in the consumer and makes sure business decisions on growth opportunities and portfolio strategy are consumer motivated. Ensures a differentiated role for each equity, based on a comprehensive understanding of the consumer and marketplace and strategic vision of each brand. Integrates knowledge from multiple sources and creates meaningful interpretations and recommendations that address business issues; Interprets and pragmatically translates research learning into feasible business building action steps, and ensures alignment with key business partners Guides the Digital First agenda for the India team through rigorous scouting & piloting new Digital Measurement tools, Also ensures mechanisms for measurement across all platforms / Initiatives & embedding these metrics in the system . Leads the analytics agenda for the country with particular focus on Media, Ecom & Pricing analytics Qualifications Experience and Skills: Post Graduate studies in Business Management from Tier 1 Business School Total experience – 10-12 years of experience in Insights / Analytics with at least 3-4 years in Client side Upholds Johnson & Johnson values of Credo & Healthcare compliance.
