The ideal candidate will be responsible to analyse, evaluating and reporting financial and non-financial information to improve management visibility, inform decision making and strengthen financial structure and control.
Responsibilities
Proving short, annual, and medium terms cash flow forecasts to CFO
Support the Head of Group Finance in Monitoring, managing, and strengthening the group’s global bank relationships
Maintain and update the group financial planning model, including annual forecasts and budgeting
Support the creation of a clear CARMA strategy and financial planning framework including clear targets and measurable KPI’s
Prepare prestation’s and papers for important management meetings and Board meetings
Prepare profitability reports by client across the portfolio of Carma and SE clients
Support the Head of Group Finance on evaluation of acquisition targets and in due diligence.
Support the Head of Group Finance in preparing and providing information to potential investors including PE firms
Review and update the group management reporting framework to improve quality, timeliness, and automation
Develop a KPI dashboard reports for reporting to the management and executive teams
Build an investment evaluation framework and review requests for new expenditure against it.
Provide detail analysis of revenue trends and performance to include reported revenue, wins, churn, pipeline, product analysis, geographic performance and sales-person evaluation
Review cost base by cost category and identify trends and opportunities for efficiencies
Review group balance sheet and prepare key ratios
Develop a longer-term treasury strategy in line with group’s 5-year plan
Monitor and manage the key financing risk of the group
Support Head of Group Finance in ad-hoc requests as required
Comply with the NGI policies and procedures and support the mission and vision
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager
Qualifications
Must be a qualified accountant, with advanced analytical, financial modelling, and PowerPoint capabilities.
Previous experience in a financial analyst or planning role
Advanced level of computer skills particularly in excel and PowerPoint
Working with ERP systems
Pro-active self starter able to work independently
High quality professional business writing in English
Ability to interact with senior management
High level of attention to detail
