The company is seeking to employ an experienced General Manager with strong negotiation skills and an understanding of business trends and strategies in the Middle Eastern region.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Full P&L, managerial and HR responsibilityfor the Middle Eastern entity

Develop and implement the regional growth strategyas well as the sales and marketing strategy

Direct thedevelopment and execution of sales plansand unique marketing solutions with the sales and marketing team for amulti brand sales strategy

Manage and develop the distribution and dealer network in the Middle East to maximize reach and ensure effective market coverage

In charge ofKey Account Managementto ensure highest customer satisfaction and increase of market share in the Middle East

Define a growth strategy for each country adapting to local requirements and specifications

Responsible for the implementation and execution of key sales drivers as well as the establishment of clear goals and objectives, including accountability for all collaborative sales execution activities and field sales

Support the organization in respect to local regulatory requirements and securecode of conductregulations

Oversee daily business operations includingstock management

Be in charge of theAfter sales servicefunction to increase revenue

Recruit, hire and retain top talentand maintain high team satisfaction level

Provide leadership, coach, guide, mentor and develop a high-performance team for optimal execution and results

Build respectful relationships and promote anenvironment of trust and open communication

Conduct annual performance reviews, provide periodic performance feedback to direct reports and regularly communicate with the team to achieve mutual understanding and desired results

Reporting to German Headquarter

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

Universitydegree in Mechanical Engineeringor Business Administration

Successful track record in increasing sales & profit and expanding a business

A minimum ofsix years of sales and management experience in the Middle Eastis a requirement

At least six years ofexperience in the tools industryand extensive market know-how

Working experiencewith German Headquarters and / orfamily-run businesseswould be advantageous

Excellent networking skills combined with anestablished network in the tools industryin the Middle East

Strong English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills would be advantageous

Excellent sales and management skillsand high entrepreneurial drive combined with outstanding business acumen

Strong leadership, social and interpersonal skills 

A positivecan-do attitude,innovative, creative and solution-focused

Strategic approach combined with a hands-on mentality
