Your role

Are you an expert in Facility and Office Management, dedicated to building strong relationships with your internal clients?

We’re looking for an experienced candidate to:

support the Country Lead for Group Corporate Services (GCS) on a wide range of strategic and operational matters, ensuring service excellence as well as alignment with local Business and regional stakeholders
organize and supervise external service providers, ensuring contract management and risk management, service and cost effectiveness
help develop our local team and manage change in processes and systems
spearhead our local Environmental Management System
provide support to management in collecting critical documents, presentations and other communications or follow-ups, ensuring appropriate messaging

Your team

You’ll be working in the GCS team in Qatar, located in Lusail Marina District. Our mission is to provide UBS colleagues locally with a first-class, safe and sustainable working environment in an agile and modern setting. We provide top-notch services in facility management, provider and vendor management, hospitality services, mailing as well as security services.

Your expertise

minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar function, ideally including vendor management responsibility
comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
adaptable with strong interpersonal skills (you have the human touch)
excellent verbal and written communication skills
fluent in English. Arabic skills would be desirable
technology-savvy and proficient user of MS Office
