The Reception position serves as the initial corporateinterface with the general public.

Responsibilities:

oManage main reception desk- greeting visitors and directing them asneeded o Assist in maintaining a clean and efficientoffice environment o Offer and serve beverage toclients, visitors and employees o Maintain employeesattendance sheet o Maintain office supply inventory andorder supplies as required o Answer incoming phonecalls in a timely and professional manner o Takingaccurate message and convey to concerned employee oConference room scheduling and catering orders oReceive and route incoming packages and mail oContacting courier companies to arrange document/parcel for pickup o Provide administrative support to the entireoffice if and when required o Update office andpersonnel contact information o Assist with thecoordination of meetings, corporate events, and teambuildingevents o Coordinating office maintenance repairs in atimely manner Qualifications:

o 2-4years relevant administrative experience o Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written oExcellent organizational and time management skills oAbility to multi-task and prioritize o Detail-orientedwith strong analytical skills o

Ability towork wellwith others in all capacity within the company oExceptional skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel andPowerPoint o Can speak English/Hindi (Being a bilingualis a plus)  Salary: AED2,000.00 toAED2,500.00 /month
