Handle queries of customers and partners entering our office
Maintain records and documents as stated by the manager (basic excel and word)
Tele calling when necessary

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for all Admin related work
Coordinating with different department and outside agencies
Managing administrative activities involving purchase & maintenance of equipments.
Planning and preparing monthly reports
Managing Travel & Accommodation facilities as per request
Handling distribution of inward and outward courier
Managing the visitors and making necessary arrangements.
Any other duties / responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Freshers can also apply.
Good language command on English / hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
knowledge of basic computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fresher
Salary: AED24,000.00 – AED60,000.00 per year
