We have been asked by our client an Award winning, 5 star international Lifestyle brand Hotel in theUAEto find an excellentFood & Beverage Operations Managerwith European experience.
FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER – UAE
The successful candidate would be responsible for the following:
Coordinate daily with Food & Beverage Department staff to review status of business, schedules, priority assignments, bookings and information pertinent to the department operation.
Improve overall guest satisfaction scores based on guest feedback
Assist with the prepare and distribute the monthly Food & Beverage Department forecast identifying covers and sales by meal period and monitor banquet check billing.
Provide feedback to Food & Beverage Department staff on their performance. Handle disciplinary problems and counsel employees according to resort standards.
Some Requirements:
4 to 6 years of experience in Food & Beverage from a well reputed 5 star Hotel.
European experience required.
Hotel School Graduate or similar preferred.
Knowledge of menu development and cuisine concept.
Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
Familiarity with sales and marketing tools.
Compensation: Base Salary 14,800AED/Net/Month/Negotiable, Accommodation Allowance 9000AED/month, Transportation Allowance 1200AED/Month, Healthcare, Return Flight each year, Visa, Bonus and various management benefits.
