General Description Of Role AndResponsibilities Ensuring that the quality of the outcomes from thefacilities management suppliers meets the requiredstandard. Undertake regular, and thoroughinspections throughout Ruwais City and all service failures bysuppliers are recorded and reported through the CAFMsystem. Measure and record corrective actionsby suppliers and follow-up on these actions until a satisfactoryoutcome is achieved. Identify opportunitiesfor initiatives and projects for improvement in the builtenvironment in Ruwais.
Identify ways in whichsuppliers can operate more efficiently. Focuson strong working relationships across all functions and raiseawareness in providing exceptional customer service.
Identify and report any Health, Safety and Environmentissues or hazards and liaise with the relevant team to ensure thatthey are addressed. Undertake inspections ofnew properties handed over to the client to identify snaggingactions required. Liaise with the Community
Services Center to understand and improve our customer experienceand the nature of service requests raised.
Liaise with the Corporate Services and Corporate
Administration teams to deliver feedback to suppliers.
Perform all other responsibilities as delegated by theLine Manager.
BScdegree in a relevant field. At least 5 yearsof relevant working experience and proven track record in leadingteams. Experience in real estate, maintenanceand facilities management. Problem solving,decision-making, planning, communication, and timemanagement. Excellent written and verballanguage skills in English & Arabic.
Excellent attention to detail.
Working with a range of stakeholders.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Microsoft office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of a standard CAFMsystem.
