Key Accountabilities
Prepare the budget templates and circulate to departments of CSC and BU
Arrange the data in a meaningful manner to enable Chief Accountant to Compile and consolidate the budget
Assist Chief Accountant in making revisions to budgets based on direction from management
Controlling budget by review of PR based on certain amount
Coordinate with GL team to monthly financial statement closing process (FSCP)
Prepare monthly management report from revenue and expense perspective including variance from budget and targets
Assist Chief Accountant in preparation of presentation of monthly reporting
Prepare audit schedules
Providing support in provision of information to Internal Audit, FAA, ISR, ISO, and other bodies as may be required
Providing support to managers in data analysis related to pricing and costing of services
Providing support to managers in chargeback with detailed analysis of efforts of each department of CSC
Monitor and ensure achievement of section objectives contributing to achievement of PCFC goals and objectives.
Other adhoc requirements from management
Contribute in achievement of Department objectives by executing / achieving the KPIs assigned by line manager and submit relevant supporting documents during KPIs evaluation.
Required :
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
