Position Title: Filipina Sales Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end kitchen appliances company that retails international brands.

Job Role:
• Sales support and coordination, process transactions such as new orders, returns and exchanges, releases, etc. in a timely and efficient manner
• Support the Sales Specialists through customer follow up, scheduling deliveries, reconciling purchase orders, stock checks
• Demonstrate company sales model to offer each customer the complete solution (Accessories and General Service Contracts) to their purchase
• Assist inventory processes such as various report reconciliation (unaccounted research report) receiving product, shipping product or customer will-calls

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Customer Service and Sales Coordination, preferably in retail company
• Strong experience in supporting sales, inventory, and aftersales coordination
• Deep product knowledge and customer engagement
• Strong personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skill in oral and written English
