ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ideal candidates should be able to perform general clerical duties which include photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Preferred applicants should be able to answer & attend to all calls and redirect to relevant staff members, taking messages and assembling mailing.
Interested candidates should be able to maintain hard copy and electronic filing system that are used at the work place.
Selected applicants should be able to purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
Candidates should be able to coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones etc when at the work place.
Applicants should be able to setup and coordinate meetings and conferences when at the work place.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Preferred candidates should have a working experience a female office administrator in the same field or related for a period of 1 to 2 years.
