Roles & Responsibilities
Perform Outbound calls to customers for completing the FATCA/CRS forms
Educate customers on FATCA/CRS requirements.
Collect FATCA/CRS forms and capture in Bank system.
Ensure capture data from FATCA/CRS forms to system is accurate.
Maintain records of calls performed to customers.
Follow up with customers on submitting the FATCA/CRS forms.
Basic knowledge of FATCA/CRS & Transaction Monitoring to assess the risks associated with customers or products.
Coordinating with relevant teams for FATCA/CRS related activities.
Support Team Leader assisting with projects/deliverable to meet deadlines
Minimum Qualification
Bachelors degree or higher in Management, Banking, Finance.
Minimum Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a banking industry
Skills Required
Good communication skills (Arabic & English).
Basic Experience (AML/KYC/Compliance Related) With Understanding Of FATCA/CRS Requirements
Technical skills in Microsoft words, power-point and excel
