Job Description and Qualifications

About the Role: The Facility Admin Assistant role supports the Facilities Manager in performing administrative tasks. In this role, the candidate is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and will have extensive computer usage. The candidate will be assigned an Air Products computer, desk, and phone number.


Document control, filing, and record keeping
Stores inventory tracking, supplies disbursement tracking
Managing petty cash and reports at the end of the reporting period
Interfacing with Air Products staff for complaint tickets
Help administer Facilities Management programs for Facilities Manager
CAFM reporting and preparation for management updates

Candidate Requirements:

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Must have strong work ethic and be self-motivated
Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must possess exceptional organizational skills
Diploma/degree qualification preferred
