Responsibilities:
Manages the budget and keep tracks on all facilities and maintenance spending, identifies, troubleshoots, produces scopes of work, drawings/specifications, competitively bid, qualify, value engineer, award and oversee Capital Expenditure maintenance and renovation activities
Works with the Senior Management, to review and develop short, medium and long-term strategic plans of the Department in line with the organizations vision, mission and strategic goals as well as Review and enhance the SLAs / KPIs if necessary.
Establishes Hard Facilities Management & Soft Facilities Management’s section goals, methods, policies and procedures for implementing programs in alignment with the Department’s strategic vision, mission and goals.
Develop and oversee the implementation of the asset management system, including: the establishment and implementation of the asset management strategy ancillary policies and procedures
Prepare sectional business plans for the life cycle of assets, including analysis of pricing options utilizing life cycle cost modeling principles, and recommendations on the most appropriate asset solution and ensures the availability of required resources to carry out all the tasks related to Business (Asset Management) Plans.
Responsible for the development and adoption of Sustainable Maintenance Strategies across the assets portfolio and the development and creation of knowledge repository to track and monitor all Hard & Soft FM Service activities.
Provides performance management, career development guidance, and development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for direct reports
Ensures operational excellence in achieving KPI’s, working towards establishing a sustainable financial model by achieving any set financial targets and driving internal process improvement and efficiency
Requirements:
Should have FMP / CFM Certifications
Minimum 8-10 years experience (UAE Experience Should be a part of that)
Fluency in the English Language
