The Fragrance & Beauty Learning Partner is integrated in the Learning Department, reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager. His responsibilities are the following:

To develop the sales population following the local Learning and the Business strategy.

To be and act as a “Business partner” by contributing with his/her learning and coaching actions to the business development of the brand in the region.

To contribute to develop a three-axis learning strategy, with a client centric focus

To Support the implementation of a unique Chanel Client Experience in the region

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Develop CHANEL Beauty Confidants

Oversee the implementation of the local Learning strategy for the whole Chanel distribution in ME & India considering the specificity and the business challenges of each market.

Work in close collaboration with the different F&B departments to Build short- and long-term development plan for each market/boutique.

Use all the existing training resources to develop the wholesale and retail population in the most effective way.

Be and act as “Business partner”

Work with the Commercial/Retail/Marketing Team to propose the adapted learning actions to support the business challenges.

Three-axis learning strategy:

Contribute to develop a blended learning strategy (online and offline), shifting from product focus to client centric.

Define learning plans taking into consideration: product priorities, services, and client needs

Develop onboarding training plans for opening and newcomers Inductions

Support the implementation of a Unique Chanel Client Experience

Make sure that the CHANEL Client Experience is always applied by observing, coaching and giving regular feedbacks.

Analyze the Client Experience Evaluation reports and propose learning actions responding to each market/boutique needs. Follow up the action’s implementation with the supervisors and the Boutiques Managers.


4/5 years’ experience in the beauty industry as Trainer.

Solid experience in field Coaching/Feedback and in-store people development

Learning content development (physical and digital)

Solid communication/public speaking skills

Comfortable facilitating sales techniques and Clienteling contents

Creativity and innovation

Arabic speaker (plus)
