KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Ensure that all the ERP filing is completed daily in a systematic manner.

· Follow up on all tasks related to ordering and receiving of items.

· Assist in maintaining in proper documentation of all food and beverage related records.

· Responsible for other office administration such as typing, systematic filing, making and receiving telephone calls courteously, taking down the messages, sending and receiving faxes, etc.

· Distribute, deliver and receive documents from the various business units and properly dispose or share all documents, as and when required.

· Maintain a strong follow up on pending ERP matters and coordinate with the concerned departments in order to get the matters accomplished as desired and closed on time.

· Ensure all relevant and important documents are filed electronically for easy reference

· Comply with the Company Occupational Health and Safety Policy.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:

Graduate Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline.

Proficiency in MS Office Packages.

Previous working experience in an ERP environment.

A dedicated person who should have the ability and willingness with a positive approach towards work.

Strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent attention to detail and a history of accurate detailed work.

Should be able to work effectively as part of a team and organise own work.

Acts as a role model and provides effective behavioural examples in order to motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance.

Previous hospitality experience.

High level of commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to change.

Should have completed a minimum of one year in the current department

Candidate should be free of any outstanding warnings or disciplinary

Candidate should be FC02& Above
