Leadsand manages the planning, development and delivery of externalcommunications ensuring provision of efficient public relations andreputation risk management in order to effectively promote andincrease awareness on the business operations to externalstakeholders, and proactively manage the company’sreputation.  Detailed

Description:

Developseffective communication mechanism and tools to build awareness ofthe Company’s external communication strategy, objectivesand values. Manages and the development ofmessages, content and narratives for external use, focused on thegroup business activities and achievements; ensures consistency andfull sign off of relevant SMEs, senior staff and Business LineCommunications. Seeks outgroup‘stories’ and pitch communications contentto Head Quarter. Develop specialized business content.

Provides effective supports for Group Communications toaddress day-to-day media inquiries (national/international) byensuring full connectivity with SVP and VPs and closely liaisingwith Business Line Communications. Assists CEOfor any external communications to promote and protect the company;ensures alignment inclose collaboration with Business LineCommunications. Manages development of Englishand Arabic content for digital / print and social media and ensureapproval & Supports the roll out and implementation of therevised brand guidelines and unified website across theGroup.

Identifies IC/brand leads in thecompany to work closely with the Brand team on all related issuesand communication. Manages coordination withthe company on external events focusing on brand management and thepromotion of Companyin e.g. ADIPEC, OTC, SOGAT. Minimum

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communicationsor equivalent. Minimum Experience & Knowledge&

Skills:

12years of experience in Corporate Communication covering Media

Relations and PR functions, in a large organization , including 6years of supervisory experience. Soundknowledge and experience in the development and execution ofcorporate communication programs. Strongknowledge of corporate communications methodologies and bestpractices. Strong knowledge of publicrelations strategy development and implementation, and ability todevise strategies that drive business results.

Strong knowledge of reputation management techniques andconcepts. Knowledge of the Group’soperations and various sectors, and ability to lead the delivery oftailored corporate communication strategies in line with specificbusiness requirements. Strong written andverbal communication skills.
