Couture Luxury Interiors is looking for a professional secretary with experience in Interior design, Fir-out, Construction field.
Responsibilities:
Manage company correnpondence (emails, calls)
Documents control
Work in Excel for different tasks
Mange general work flow in the office
Assist the team with all around tasks
Communication with clients / suppliers
Assits walk in clients in the furniture showroom
Requirements:
Expert in MS Excel (must have)
Expert in MS Power Point, MS Office
Be very organized person
Very good communications skills
Previous experience in Interior design / Fit-out / Furniture company as an advantage
