Role Summary:
This role provides administrative and operational support for people development initiatives, and as per the set HR policies and procedures, agreements and SLAs.
Works in collaboration with other members of the HR and business to ensure the delivery of the learning and development needs of the employees, manages training platforms, and maintains accurate training records and database.
Support in cultivating a culture of learning and development via different communication channels.
Responsibilities:
Maintain process and procedures for Training and Development section.
Assist with training budget administration and cost management.
Create learning materials, forms, templates and e-learning contents and courses.
Process all training requests and events (virtual, individual, group and in-house) providing efficient provision of logistical and administrative support.
Manage employees’ training requests, attendance, professional memberships, studies, exams/ assessments, and training certificates.
Coordinate with course providers for completed training registers, certificates and results of any exams/ assessments/ authorisations.
Assist in implementing career development plans for employees.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) based on performance management.
Run and administer training evaluations/surveys to determine training quality and effectiveness through applicable training evaluations tools.
Develop annual training plan and training calendar.
Manage training pre and post assessment/ feedback/ evaluations.
Assist in measuring and analysing training quality and effectiveness through applicable training evaluation tools.
Establish and issue learning and development communications via different channels; such as Emails, Employee Portal, LMS and Yammer.
Arrange appointments, coordinate training events and meetings, enrolment and attendance in conjunction with the Head of Departments.
Attend to employees’ queries on learning-related matters and logistics.
Liaise for procurement-related and finance-related documents and approvals; i.e. justification forms, purchase order, contract approval, training agreements, expense claims and reimbursement claims.
Roll out and announce training initiatives and plan as per the agreed timelines.
Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) and Employee Portal on a regular basis.
Generate and collate training reports.
Develop effective relationships with other learning and development providers.
Build relationships with the training providers and ensure that the business is obtaining value for money.
Conduct research assignments, analyse data, prepare recommendations and provide various reports as and when required.
Perform assigned tasks efficiently within the allocated timeframe.
