Title: Executive – Employee Experience
A leading retailer in the Middle East is looking to hire an “Employee Experience Executive” within the Human Resources team. This is an exciting role where the individual will have dual responsibility for leading engagement activities as well as operational support when needed.
Lead employee engagement initiatives: plan and facilitate events and campaign as part of employee engagement calendar
Develop content and manage internal communications effectively
Manage and create engagement on internal employee communications platform. Upload event content and coverage to reflect the event program in real time (shooting, editing, etc.)
When required administer on-boarding an off-boarding activities
Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Line Manager
Strong English communication skills – develop content and able to manage internal communications piece
Lead engagement projects and initiatives end to end, good project management skills
People’s person; likes to collaborate and work as a team
Persona – Matured, creative, thinks outside the box, takes accountability
Social media savvy, able to develop engaging social content
Customer service mindset; passionate about creating positive experiences
We are ideally looking for a highly creative and outgoing individual with 2+ years’ experience in employee engagement (or a related field), someone who has designed and executed campaigns. We are open to any industry but some of your engagement activities need to have been for 500+ people.
